Welcome to B It Candles and More. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • All of our candles and products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered and your package is returned to us, the re-ship fee will apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been handed off to them.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • No refunds are offered.

  • If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), we will happily send a replacement.

  • To process a replacement, please email us with photos of:

    1. The damaged item (close-up)

    2. The packaging inside the box

    3. The shipping label on the box

  • If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at b.it.candlesandmore.com so we can try to make it right.

5. Product Use & Safety

  • All candles should be burned according to standard safety guidelines (e.g., never leave a candle unattended, keep away from children/pets, trim wick before use, never burn for more than 3 hours at one time).Candle Care instructions are sent with each order/purchase.

  • B It Candles and More is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.   

  • Candle Safety & Fire Warning

    Some of our candles contain highly flammable botanicals (such as dried flowers, herbs, or wood wicks). For your safety:

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

    • Keep candles in sight at all times while burning.

    • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

    • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

    • Discard the candle when 2 inches of wax or less remain to prevent fire hazards. 

    Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, property damage, or injury. B It Candles and More is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

     

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, photos, logos, and content are the property of B It Candles and More and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, B It Candles and More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately when posted on our website.
