At B It Candles, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policy regarding subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date.

  • To cancel or modify your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email to access your account and manage your subscription.

Please note: All subscription sales are final once processed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.


Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or coming soon.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, and your payment method will be charged the remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

All pre-order sales are final once the item has shipped.
