Shipping Policy

At B It Candles and More, we take pride in carefully packaging each candle so it arrives safely to you. Please review our full shipping policy below:


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days as each order is custom made.

  • During holidays, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.


Third-Party Distributor Items (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Blankets, etc.)

  • Apparel, blankets, and similar items are shipped directly from a third-party distributor.

  • These items carry a separate shipping fee that applies no matter what promotions are offered.

  • Even with free promotions, a $5 shipping fee will always apply.

  • This fee is separate from our standard shipping rates, as it is paid directly to the distributor.

  • These products will also be shipped separately from candles and other items unless otherwise stated.

Additional Shipping Options:

  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more

  • Flat rate shipping of $9.75


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, a same-cost re-ship fee will apply.

  • This covers the cost of postage since carriers do not issue refunds on returned packages.


Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged (such as broken glass), we’ve got you covered! Please email us at b.it.candlesandmore@gmail.com with the following photos:

  1. A close-up of the damaged item

  2. A photo of the packaging inside the box

  3. A photo of the shipping label on the box

We will happily send a replacement once verified.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, B It Candles and More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If this occurs, please contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim.
