B It Candles Return & Replacement Policy

At B It Candles and More, each candle is handmade with care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below:


Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged (such as broken glass), we will gladly send you a replacement. To help us process this quickly, please email us at b.it.candlesandmore@gmail.com with the following photos:

  • A close-up of the damaged item

  • The shipping box, showing all packaging used

  • The shipping label on the box


Unhappy With Your Order?

If you are truly unhappy with an item you ordered, please reach out via email at  b.it.candlesandmore@gmail.com so we can see how to make it right.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and your order is returned to us, the same shipping fee will apply. This covers the additional shipping cost, as postage is not refunded when a package is returned to sender.
